Leap Year PowerPoint and Flip Book | 2024 leap day activity

Do you want to teach your students about leap years but keep it simple and child-friendly? Well, this resource is for you. Made with Kindergarten and First Grade students in mind, this resource has two parts. Use the PowerPoint to explicitly teach what leap years are and why they occur. After that, why not make the leap year flip books? Students can decorate the flip books and take them home to share what they have learned with their families!
